Season 23 of Bravo's Top Chef
Sharpen those knives and fire up the burners, the new season of Bravo’s “Top Chef” has officially begun. The Emmy Award-winning series told cheftestants to “pack their knives and go” to the Queen City, as well as Greenville, South Carolina, for the series’ 23rd season. The Carolinas welcomed judges Kristen Kish, Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons to taste, deliberate and crown a new winner for the season that airs Mondays on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET/PT, streaming the next day on Peacock.
Situated between the mountains and the coast, Charlotte's dining scene offers Southern charm, innovative international cuisine and culinary creativity, making the Queen City an ideal destination for the series' kitchen battlefield. Throughout the season viewers can see bold flavors, local culinary tastemakers and the Uptown skyline on display as talented chefs from across the country compete in lightning-fast Quickfire and epic elimination challenges.
